Feelings and emotions need to be fully felt and processed in order to allow them to be released.
Avoiding, suppressing, or failing to understand each of our feelings can lead to discomfort in the long run.
The first step in identifying your feelings and emotions is to pinpoint what sensations you are experiencing in your body at any moment and where they’re located. Take 13 seconds to scan your body.
