Today's 13-second reflection relates to our readiness for change.
Personal change can not happen unless we are ready for it.
Take a moment to think about a change that you would like to make in your life.
Notice what comes to mind.
Try asking yourself how motivated you feel to attempt to make that change on a scale of 1-10, where 1 equals definitely not ready to change and 10 equals definitely ready to change.
This allows you to immediately know your level of motivation and how you feel about the change.
Depending on where you are, the subsequent conversation you will have with yourself will take different directions.
Just be curious about it,
with no harsh self-judgement,
and when you are ready,
gently move on with your day.
