Do you sometimes feel threatened from all sides?
Do you sometimes doubt your ability to cope?
Do you feel that you can't stop your mind from racing?
Have you been minimising or shutting down your distress lately?
See if you can take back control over your thoughts by simply changing your perspective.
This can be done through practising self-awareness.
Take a moment to reflect.
Become aware of any negative thoughts you are holding in the moment about yourself.
Experiment with considering these thoughts from a perspective of self-compassion.
Take notice of any change that occurs within you.
